Join the TBR Readers’ Circle Book Club via Zoom on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm.
According to the Washington Post (7/25/23) the U.S. women’s national soccer team is a bunch of bookworms. You don't have to be a bookworm or an athlete to participate in the TBR Readers' Circle Book Club. All you need is a desire to discuss Jewish books. Past discussions have encompassed subjects such as family, friends, coming-of-age and aging, communal memory, and social issues.
The first meeting of the coming year is Thursday, October 12th when we will be discussing Incident at San Miguel by A. J. Sidransky.
November 9: The Woman Beyond the Sea by Sarit Yishai-Levi
December 14th: Meeting will be a discussion of two films (to be chosen) featured in the November Federation film festival. Please keep an eye on upcoming information about the film festival.
