WHY ARE DUES REQUIRED?
Temple Beth Rishon is not only a place of worship, but also a center of community learning, enrichment and activity. We need your dues and donations in order to maintain our state-of-the-art facility and provide the religious, educational, and social activities that our members enjoy and have come to expect. Our conscientious Executive Committee and Board of Trustees volunteer their time to ensure that your contributions are managed in a fiscally responsible manner.

IS A BUILDING FUND CONTRIBUTION REQUIRED?
Yesfull families, married couples and single members (over the age of 36) are required to contribute to the community building fund which is used for the upkeep of our facilities. The building fund payment may be paid over a period of five years and may be deferred for the first year of membership.

WHAT IF WE HAVE MADE A BUILDING FUND CONTRIBUTION TO ANOTHER TEMPLE?
For members who have contributed to a building fund at another temple, we offer the following accommodation: upon presentation of a letter of confirmation from your former temple that you paid a building fund fee of $1500 or more and that you were a member in good standing, we will waive the Temple Beth Rishon building fund fee.  If the original building fund fee was less than $1500, a credit in that amount will be issued toward TBR's building fund fee.
