Dear TBR Family,
I hope this letter finds you well.

Our first semester was very successful. We reevaluated and developed a substantial and stimulating curriculum and programs that include fundamental Jewish and Hebrew studies, engaging Jewish electives, and an energetic Youth Group Program. Our weekly Sunday breakfasts and assemblies are well-attended, and Family Shabbat Services and Dinners are filled with a magical spirit.

We had meaningful High Holidays Programs, as well as our “super-sized” Chanukah Fun Day which helped enhance not only the spirit of each holiday, but boosted the overall “ruach” of the religious school. In addition, our program also includes school trips, retreats, workshops, School BBQs, and much more!

Still, there is more that we can do to build an even greater, competitive program.  Please continue to support our school. A bigger school means more opportunities for our children!

  •  Reach out to friends with young children and tell them about our wonderful school.  Encourage them to meet with me to hear more about our school’s philosophy, spirit, and goals.

  • Be a sponsor for our school’s programs and activities. A bigger budget will enable us to create more engaging programs, as well as enhance what we have already established, such as retreats, trips, and holiday festivals. Please contact me to talk about specific donations you can make that will impact our school in a huge, meaningful way.

Upcoming events in February:

  • Religious School Retreat at Camp Ramapo for grades 3rd-6th   January 27 - Jan 29. Religious School will operate for all students who do not attend the retreat!

  • Shabbat Experience: Saturday, February 4.  Religious School will take place on Shabbat instead of Sunday Feb 5. More information to come.

  • 3rd grade Tu B'shvat Seder and Consecration   Sunday, February 12.

Thank you very much for entrusting us with your children and grandchildren, for your support, and for being an important member of our TBR Community.  Together, we continue to make our school an even greater success!
