| Maimonides Caring Committee |
The Caring Committee’s principal goals are: · To support members of our Temple family in times of need with acts of love and kindness; and · To encourage and assist Temple members to become involved with volunteer activities that benefit our larger, secular community. Some of the things we do to support our Temple families and larger community are:
· Prepare a meal for families facing stress due to an illness or birth of a child; · Coordinate the Mitzvah Day effort; · Volunteer at Valley Hospital on Christmas and/or Easter
We are seeking Temple members who would like to be a part of the Caring Committee to help accomplish our goals and develop new programs. Please call or email Caryn Kasmanoff at 201-251-8467 or spkcpk@aol.com If you, or someone you know in our congregation could use our support, please contact the Temple office or Caryn Kasmanoff, Caring Committee Chairperson.
